Uses
Terms and Conditions of Use.
Welcome to Bruce Travel Peru. By accessing and using our services, you accept the terms and conditions detailed in this document. These terms regulate the use of our website, products, and services, so we recommend that you read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
This statement of terms and conditions of service constitutes a legal agreement between the requesting user, hereinafter “the client”, with the independent operator of adventure tourism services BRUCE TRAVEL PERU.
Reservations.
In order to book your adventure in Peru you need make a deposit of the 50% of the settlement must be paid the same day of the reservation.
The entire reservation must be paid the same day that the group arrive to Cusco in USD and in CASH before the activity start.
All bank transfer costs will be borne by the client.
Reservations will be made via WhatsApp or email only to infobrucetravel@gmail.com. Once the reservation is received, we will send answer confirming the service.
To make a reservation, the following information is required for each passenger:
Full name and surname:
Nationality:
Passport details:
Date of birth:
Gender:
Photo of the booking deposit:
Dietary restrictions, if applicable:
Details of disability or illness, if applicable:
Payment Methods.
Payments will only be considered when the bank transaction receipt has been sent via email or WhatsApp to the reservations area and a confirmation has been received by the same means: infobrucetravel@gmail.com
Cancellations and Modifications.
All cancellations of activities must be notified in advance according to the times indicated below, always via email or WhatsApp number. If the cancellation date falls on a weekend or holiday, the cancellation must be made in advance or in any case you must call the number +51 928 670 239.
The modifications only apply to the tours that will be made in the City of Cusco, the Sacred Valley and other tourist attractions such as the Humantay lagoon, Rainbow Mountain and others, but not for Machu Picchu or the Inka Trail.
THERE ARE NO MODIFICATIONS TO VISIT MACHU PICCHU, WAYNA PICCHU OR THE INKA TRAIL, this is because the entrance tickets for these places are not modifiable in date or time and are not transferable to other visitors. Therefore, please consider this and be sure about the date of your visit to these places.
To cancel your trip, keep in mind the following information.
If your trip includes hotels, you can cancel 3 months before your trip begins in Peru.
If your reservation does not include hotels, you can cancel 1 month before starting your trip in Peru.
In both cases, only 60% of the booking deposit will be refunded. The remaining 40% will be used for administrative expenses and refund transfer expenses.
The money will only be refunded if the reservation is cancelled only if the limits mentioned above are met.
No Show.
A no show or cancellation within the times mentioned above will result in a 100% charge for the reservation.
Cancellations by BRUCE TRAVEL PERU.
Bruce Travel Peru may cancel a service between 30 to 25 days before the activity, coordinating with the passenger the possibility of rescheduling the activity. If rescheduling is not possible, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded. Such cancellation will be reported to the appropriate party via email.
Services Affected by Strikes or External Conditions.
Some services may be interrupted or cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, reasons of force majeure, acts of nature, strikes, etc., which are beyond the control of Bruce travel Peru. Only 50% will be refunded as a result of these interruptions or cancellations that are beyond our control.
Responsability.
Bruce Travel Peru reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour, when necessary, for the good and safety of the passengers. Luggage is always the responsibility of the clients.
Bruce Travel Peru acts only in the capacity of Operator; therefore, it is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, additional expenses, accidental delays or other irregularities that may occur due to natural disasters or social unrest.
For the activities offered, we will ask you to sign a sworn statement that acts as a release of liability for risks incurred during your excursion, which is a usual practice for some operators.
Inapproprial behavior.
Behavior that disrupts the smooth running of an event may result in the expulsion of the disruptor.
Any damage caused to property or equipment as a result of misbehavior will be the responsibility of the person causing it.
Medical and Insurance.
We strongly recommend the use of a good medical and travel insurance plan that the passenger can purchase directly from the insurance company of his or her choice, as our programs do not include medical insurance.
If a member of a group becomes ill or incapacitated, we will take care of him or her by arranging a qualified doctor to treat him or her. In this case, additional costs are personally assumed by the client, including hospitalization, if necessary. In case of accidents and/or necessary emergency evacuation, all additional expenses will be personally covered by the client. These are the reasons why we recommend the acquisition of medical and travel insurance, purchasing in your place of residence.
